Job Description/Role:
- Experience in Operations within the Travel Industry
- Good knowledge of Dubai, Thailand ,Maldives and European destination
- Previous experience to handle and support on ground services remotely
- Confident in creating quotations and itineraries for the Dubai, European & Thailand etc.products
- Full hands on Making and confirming hotel accommodation and transportation for Groups & FIT
- Attend and be accountable for b2b agent’s queries and communication follow ups.
- Experience in Agent Query Handling
- Should be presentable and should be good in English Communication
- Ability to speak to suppliers and attend phone calls.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma.
- Offline query handling with ground service experience is a must.
- DMC experienced is required.
- Travel agents query handling experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and excel
- Should be flexible with working hours.
