Experience:- 2 – 5 years relevant experience is mandatory in OTA System & B2B travel agent hotel booking related query handling * preferably from Destination Management Companies/Tour and Travel Industries
Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Job Description/Role:
- Respond to travel agent queries and complaints
- related to Assist travel agents with their queries on the phone or via email
- Support travel agents in booking and reservations based on customers’ selection.
- Responsible for handling agents enquiries, the aim being: converting enquiries into sales, ensuring proper service support to agents
- Coordinate with supplier / Hotels for customers’ requirements
- Assist agents in planning and selling transportation and accommodations for their customers
- Ensure every client is served in an efficient manner
- Assist sales team by providing required reports, applying margin etc
- Coordinate with system support executive for system related works
Skills Required:
- Good listener and problem solving
- Service orientation skills
- Speech clarity with excellent written
- Time management skills with proper coordination’s and social perceptiveness,
- Knowledge of booking engines or B2B online hotel booking portals
- Proficient in basic computer knowledge with MS Office & Excel
- Self-starter, Team player, Fast Learner, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Presentable skills
